Warren Wood, Foxby Lane, Gainsborough

It is with regret that our announcement in LPS’ agreement to acquire a newly built Spar (Blakemore’s) at Warren Wood, Gainsborough, has since been withdrawn from sale by the vendor and we are therefore unable to proceed further.

Whilst this is extremely disappointing, have ‘come to market’ with the scheme, new opportunities remain available and in this current economic climate investor interest is extremely high. In recognition of this, LPS has been working on other investment opportunities in the last 2-3 months are pleased to advise that we expect to complete negotiations on one scheme, with a further scheme at a very advanced stage, both of which we expect to be available at the same time in early January 2023. These are again new build schemes, one being a single unit and another with an anchor tenant and 2 smaller units, all pre-let prior to build. Similar income returns to those expected from Warren Wood are likely to be offered.
